PROJECTS

IP MANSFIELD REPOWER PROJECT

TTSC provided construction services and completed the construction phase on a fast- track schedule to meet International Paper's tight deadline.

The project consisted of dismantling of an existing GE Frame 5 and the installation of a GE LM6000 in it's place.

We performed on a 24 hour, around the clock schedule.

The project included detailed coordination with the Owner as this was an existing operating facility that required all the electrical and mechanical to be tied back into their respective systems.

The main outage was only 34 days.

SCE CENTER BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE

TTSC was the design build general contractor for a Battery Energy Storage project in Norwalk, CA.

We provided the design and construction services on a fast track schedule.

All underground, conduit, wire, equipment setting, battery installation, testing and start up support. The project was performed at the same time as the Grapeland site.

The LM6000 Hybrid EGT offers ancillary and grid support at a lower cost and smaller GHG footprint than traditional resources, plus it can provide 50 MW of GHG-free spinning reserve, flexible capacity, and peaking energy; 25 MW of high-quality regulation; and 10 MVA of reactive voltage support and primary frequency response when not online.

GRAPELAND BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE

TTSC was the design build general contractor for a second Battery Energy Storage project.

We provided the design and construction services on a fast tracked schedule.

All underground, conduit, wire, equipment setting, battery installation, testing and start up support. The project was performed at the same time as the Center site.
